I placed an order and when it arrived I noticed that the fabric had a tear and was short the amount I ordered. I emailed this issue and received a very quick response and apology. They refilled the order and had it to me within 2 days, impressive since I live across the country! Amazing response and customer service. Corrected order was perfect!
