Ash is a soft, pale grey that feels clean, quiet, and incredibly versatile. Art Gallery Pure Solids are some of our personal favorites here at the shop because they bridge that gap between quilting cotton and garment cotton better than most. They’re stable and easy to sew, but smoother and softer against the skin than a lot of basic cottons. Ash is lovely for button-ups, simple tops, dresses, children’s clothing, pajama sets, quilt backgrounds, linings, and subtle contrast details.
