Chocolate Brown Stretch Cotton Broadcloth

This is a wonderful quality cotton broadcloth, with about 25% stretch.  The lycra gives the fabric a better weight, drape, and level of comfort and flexibility than traditional broadcloth, making it perfect for more fitted tops (which can feel too restrictive with non-stretch wovens), shorts, pants, and more.  This material is 48" wide, and is 95% Cotton/5% Lycra.

Machine Wash Cold; Tumble Dry Low. Iron while damp for best results.
