Dressy shirting

This is a beautiful smooth fabric that feels cool to the touch and is substantial but not heavy. If you can't tell from the photo, the stripes are shiny (almost like satin ribbons), but the black is matte. I bought this to make a polished dress shirt for my husband, but I think it would make a beautiful wrap dress or shirtdress as well. It is opaque as far as I can tell, and drapes well with a slight crisp rustle to it.
