White 3 Organza Ruffle

Ooh La La! Perfect for tops, skirts, dresses, and so much more, this 3” ruffle fabric is made with a polyester organza ruffle on a nylon mesh backing fabric, and is 60" wide. The ruffle runs selvedge to selvedge.
Machine wash cold; Hang dry.
