Make sure to read their return policy carefully. I bought a couple of yards of fabric and it turned out different from what I thought it was. So not only do you pay for shipping, they say that they will deduct the return from your purchase. So my misunderstanding was I thought for what you pay in shipping from your purchase and your return comes right off the top of what you paid for your item. I'm also a small business owner and if a customer paid for something in shipping and if I gave them a pre shipping label that comes out of what they paid for when they first received it and they're shipping cost. I also had to ask them if they received the package I had no correspondence with them if they did receive it. Overall I did not have a good experience so I will not be a returning customer
